Migsot Consulting LLC, operating as Migsot AI, collects information you voluntarily provide through our website, including your name, company, email address, mobile number, service type, and inquiry details.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to requests, provide requested services, maintain consent and opt-out records, improve our services, and send communications you have agreed to receive.
Mobile information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages and are required to protect the information.
Text messaging
If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to stop messages or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
Browser notifications
If you allow browser notifications, our notification provider, OneSignal, processes a browser or device subscription identifier so notifications can be delivered. We use this permission for Migsot AI tips, guides, service information, and occasional offers. You can withdraw permission at any time through your browser or device settings.
Business workspace and Android app
We process your sign-in identifier, email, business profile, customer lead contact details, service inquiries, and appointments to operate your workspace. ChatGPT supplies your sign-in identity. Cloudflare hosts workspace data. Device connection credentials are stored using the phone operating system’s secure storage; the server stores a hash and a 30-day expiry. Signing out or disconnecting a device revokes its access.
Android notifications
If you enable notifications, Expo processes your push notification identifier and a generic new-lead alert. Alerts do not include lead names or contact details. Permissions are optional and can be withdrawn in the app or Android settings. No phone contacts, call history, precise location, microphone, or photo access is required by this app.
Deleting your workspace
Use Settings in the workspace or Android app to delete your business account and its workspace records. View deletion instructions and an alternative request method. Separate billing, legal and marketing consent records may be retained where needed. Do not enter sensitive health or payment-card information in leads or appointment notes.
Data protection and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as needed for business, legal, consent, and opt-out recordkeeping purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information by emailing info@migsotai.com. We may keep records needed to honor an opt-out request or satisfy legal obligations.
Updates
We may update this policy and will post the effective date on this page.
