Delete your Migsot AI business account

Sign in to the customer workspace, open Settings, then choose Delete business account. The Android app offers the same option in Settings.

This removes your business profile, workspace leads, appointments, device connections, and ingestion identifiers. Deletion is permanent. Disconnecting a device alone does not delete your account.

If you cannot sign in, email info@migsotai.com from your registered business email with the subject Account deletion request. We verify ownership before processing.

Separate billing, legal, marketing consent, and opt-out records may need to be retained. Deleting your workspace does not cancel a separately managed service contract. Contact support about cancellation.
